1. Who we are

Frhairshop LLC ("Frhairshop", "we", "us") operates the Frhairshop booking and business-management platform at frhairshop.com, a platform that connects independent salons, barbershops, and spas ("Businesses") with their clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from Businesses, their staff, and their clients, and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and business details provided when a Business or stylist signs up.

Booking information: client name, mobile phone number, optional email address, service, appointment time, any notes provided when booking an appointment, and whether the client ticked the optional SMS consent checkbox.

Communications: SMS appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule or cancellation notices and occasional win-back messages (only where SMS consent was given), email confirmations, and email account-verification messages. Historical messaging records may include WhatsApp. Automated WhatsApp notifications are not included in the current plan offering.

Payment information: processed by Stripe on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Calendar data: if a Business or stylist connects a Google Calendar, we access only the calendar events needed to keep availability and bookings in sync.

3. How we use information

To operate booking, scheduling, payments, and messaging features.

To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and receipts through the channels the client agreed to.

To keep a connected Google Calendar in sync with bookings made on Frhairshop.

To improve the reliability and features of the platform.

4. Google user data

When a Business or stylist connects a Google Calendar, Frhairshop requests limited access to read and write calendar events for the purpose of two-way availability sync. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the sync feature itself.

You can disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from your dashboard's Calendar Sync settings, or by revoking access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

5. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy

Frhairshop may collect your mobile phone number and SMS messaging consent when you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from us.

We use this information to send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, cancellations, customer-service communications, rebooking reminders, and other messages you have agreed to receive.

We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information and SMS consent will only be used as necessary to provide the messaging services you requested and to support the operation of Frhairshop.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages or reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or booking.

All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. 6. Data sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as payment processing, SMS and email delivery, and cloud hosting), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. These providers may not use the information for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Data retention

We retain account and booking information for as long as an account is active, and as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses. Contact us to exercise these rights.
