SMS & Messaging Policy

1. What messages you may receive

Frhairshop appointment messaging is operated by Frhairshop LLC. When you book an appointment with a Business on Frhairshop and tick the optional SMS consent checkbox, you may receive SMS messages related to that booking, including appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule or cancellation notices, and occasional win-back messages if you haven't booked in a while.

Automated WhatsApp notifications are planned for later and are not included in the current plan offering. No launch date is promised. Direct WhatsApp chat links are separate.

2. Consent

Consent is collected on the public booking form at frhairshop.com (for example https://frhairshop.com/sms-opt-in, which opens a live booking page). After entering your mobile number you are shown a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Texts are only sent for bookings where that box was checked. Guests who book through Hairine, our booking assistant, are asked the same yes/no question in the conversation, and businesses record the consent you give them in person or by phone.

Consent to receive messages is never a condition of booking or purchase. If you leave the box unchecked you can still book, and any confirmation goes to the email address you provide instead.

3. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (typically 1–4 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opting out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, tick the SMS consent box on your next booking or reply START.

5. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy at https://frhairshop.com/privacy-policy for full details.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
