Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Frhairshop platform, operated by Frhairshop LLC ("Frhairshop"), by Businesses, stylists, and clients. By creating an account or booking an appointment through Frhairshop, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Frhairshop provides booking, scheduling, payment, messaging, and calendar-sync tools for independent salons, barbershops, and spas. Frhairshop is not the operator of any Business listed on the platform and is not a party to the services a Business provides to its clients.

3. Accounts

Businesses and stylists are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity that occurs under their login credentials. Client bookings are tied to the phone number or email provided at the time of booking.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Businesses subscribe to a Frhairshop plan billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Client-facing payments processed through a Business's connected Stripe account are between the client and that Business; Frhairshop facilitates the transaction but is not the merchant of record.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: Frhairshop appointment messaging, operated by Frhairshop LLC on behalf of the Businesses that use the platform.

Program description: when you book an appointment and tick the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on the booking form (or say yes when our booking assistant asks), you agree to receive text messages related to your appointments, including booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule or cancellation notices, and occasional win-back messages if you have not booked in a while. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (typically 1–4 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, tick the SMS consent box on your next booking or reply START.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://frhairshop.com/privacy-policy and our SMS & Messaging Policy at https://frhairshop.com/sms-policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Calendar sync

Businesses and stylists may optionally connect a Google Calendar to enable two-way availability sync. This feature is provided as-is, and Frhairshop is not responsible for scheduling conflicts arising from third-party calendar changes made outside the platform.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Frhairshop to send unsolicited messages, misrepresent a Business's identity, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an account at any time. Frhairshop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Frhairshop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frhairshop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
